She's a cross between a sphinx and dragon. she also has clouds on her neck and galaxy eyes.

Starry-Eyes is a blind CloudyScale-Sphinx(so creative). She usually wanders around from place to place looking for somewhere to call home. Most ponies tend to be frightened of her because of her threatening appearance, but Starry isn't anywhere near dangerous, well besides her being blind that is. The only was she can find her way around is through smell and sound. Her sense of smell is like a dragons, and like a snake she can use her tongue to track scents. She gets a good idea of her surroundings from that. One day she stumbled into ponyville and befriended a pony named Lavender Rose. Lavender was the only pony to accept Starry without being afraid of her.
Starry stayed with Lavender for a while and with her help, she began to meet more ponies. When they went to visit Canterlot, a bunch of ponies were gathered to get tickets for a special event hosted by Rhythm Glitter and Zephyr Velvet. It was going to be a huge party whoever got a ticket was allowed to ask someone for a date to go with them.
Lavender was invited by a young stallion named Menorah Candle(my Hanukkah themed tailmouth. who i will post later with Noel Star and Jack Bat). Starry decided she was better off staying home not to ruin the fun for everypony else.
But once she heard Fluffy's voice, she got shivers down her spine. When trying to talk to him, he ran from her. Lavender then got an idea, how could she help her friend win over the stallion's heart in time for the party?
I dunno the rest yet cuz Sam Sam and I need to figure it out xD
